Emmy News: Anna Friel on the Short List

The short list of potential Emmy nominees for Best Comedy Actress has been released, and our own Anna Friel made it. Anna is being considered specifically for her performance in “Bitter Sweets“, the second-to-last episode of Pushing Daisies‘ first season. We’ll be waiting eagerly to hear co-star Kristin Chenoweth read Anna’s name when the official nominees are revealed on July 17!

Mel is eagerly awaiting October 1!
