Happy birthday to Anna Friel,
the woman who makes Charlotte “Chuck” Charles so adorable.

OK, not her actual shoes, but a pair that she designed. These adorable RODO shoes were designed by Anna exclusively for Clothes Off Our Backs, an organization that auctions off celebrity-owned/designed items with proceeds going to benefit children’s charities.  Anna also autographed the shoe box and one of the shoes. Happy bidding!

The L.A. Times has just leaked the names of the 10 finalists for this year’s Best Comedy Actor Emmy nominations, and, surprising no one who’s seen Pushing Daisies, Lee Pace is one of them. w00t!

We already knew that Pushing Daisies had been picked up for a second season, so today’s ABC schedule announcement wasn’t a surprise. We are pleased to note that ABC will be keeping Pushing Daisies in its Wednesdays at 8/7c timeslot, though.
