‘Daisies’ Ranked Best New Show

In an AOL poll released today, viewers ranked Pushing Daisies as the best new show of the season. The show earned 24% of the 1.4 million votes cast, besting second place finisher Gossip Girl. The rest of the Top 5 were The Big Bang Theory, Chuck, and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.



TCA Nominates ‘Daisies’

The Television Critics Association has nominated Pushing Daisies for their Outstanding New Program award, alongside fellow freshmen Breaking Bad (AMC), Damages (FX), Flight of the Conchords (HBO), and Mad Men (AMC). You’ll notice that PD is the only new show from the 5 networks to be nominated. Kudos!
