The overnight ratings are in and Pushing Daisies won its timeslot both in total viewers and the coveted 18-49 demographic. Approximately 8.88 million viewers tuned in to see a doggone good episode, an increase of about 300,000 from two weeks ago.

Last night’s episode of Pushing Daisies, the delightful Halloween-themed “Girth”, won its timeslot with approximately 8.58 million viewers tuning in for a treat. Although this is a decline in viewers from last week, we expect the DVR numbers will be higher than usual since people were out trick-or-treating.

The ratings are about to be released officially, but Ausiello got an advance tip that Pushing Daisies “easily” won its timeslot last night with a 9.2/14 rating/share. That’s huge! If we’re doing the math correctly, that means nearly 13 million people watched the pie maker and a girl named Chuck last night.
